Description

A terrace of five matching houses built in the early to mid-19th century. The houses are constructed with stucco over a masonry core, and have asbestos slate roofs with brick stacks on the right side of each property. Each house has an entrance hall on the left side and two rooms deep on the right. The terrace is built on a slope, with each house stepped downwards; the houses are each one and two bays wide. The right end and the narrow entrance bay are defined by rusticated quoins. The windows are original 12-pane hornless sash windows. Each doorway has a hood supported by consoles, and the doors are glazed and panelled. The interiors have not been inspected, but are likely to contain original features.
