House, including front garden walls. Circa late C18 or early C19. Killas rubble walls. Timber lintels. Fairly steep slate three-quarter hipped roof. Brick chimney over (left-hand) side wall. Plan: Double-depth plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall leading to stair hall between rear service rooms. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with central doorway. C20 door. C20 12-pane horned sashes. Interior not inspected.
