Guide post. Circa early C19. Cast iron. Doric column with CORNWALL embossed vertically; above the column 4 rectangular adjustable pointers each with 2 or more place names and distances in miles from the guide post; all surmounted by spearhead over ball finial. This guidepost is one of the few complete ones of this type left in this area and is set in beautiful countryside near the Helford River.
