Farmhouse, circa early C17 with circa mid C17 cross wing. Altered in C20. Rubble stone and cob, rendered. Slate roof with gabled ends. Higher ridge and steeper pitch to earlier part. Rendered stone lateral stack on south, rebuilt at top in rendered brick with porch roof to left. Plan much altered. T-shape plan consisting of earlier hall (with lateral stack) and later cross wing to west. Cross passage at junction now blocked. West side of cross wing forms main front. 2 storeys, asymmetrical 5 window front. Ground floor two 2-light C20 timber casements with glazing bars flanking near central C20 glazed door. First floor 5 square top hung C20 windows. Interior much altered. Roof over cross wing; chamfered cambered collars with face pegged trenched purlins. Roof timbers over earlier part not accessible. Ground slopes down to west. West wing set at a slightly lower level with lower roof.
