Description
Peg's Folly is a terraced house built around the early to mid 19th century. It features rendered and painted stone rubble with a cement-washed slate roof that has gable ends and brick chimney stacks. The house has a one-room plan with an entrance on the right, likely leading to a stair hall. It stands two storeys high with a regular one-window front, showcasing brick segmental arches over the ground floor openings. The ground and first floors have 19th-century 12-pane sash windows on the left, both with horns, and a 19th-century four-panel door on the right. The interior has not been inspected. Peg's Folly is included for its group value as one of eight cottages in a largely unaltered 19th-century terrace.
