Terraced cottage. Circa late C18. Rendered stone rubble with slate roof with gabled ends. Stone rubble chimney stack on right-hand gable end . 1-room plan cottage in a terrace with entrance to right. Built into side of hill on solid rock with 3-storey regular 2-window front overlooking harbour. C20 fenestration. Ground floor with C20 window and partly glazed C20 door with slate lean-to canopy. First floor with 2 C20 windows in enlargened openings. Second floor with two 2-light casements. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
