Description
Primrose Cottage is a house dating from around the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a rag slate roof with gable ends and brick end stacks. The building has a two-room layout with a central entrance, which was remodeled in the late 20th century. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical two-window front, with brick segmental arches over the ground floor openings. The windows are 20th-century two-light casements with glazing bars, and there is a 20th-century porch. The interior has not been inspected. Primrose Cottage is part of a group that includes Honeysuckle Cottage and Bakers Park, noted for its fine quality stone rubble masonry.
