Description

A terrace of three houses dating from around the middle of the 19th century, situated in the village of St Teath. The houses are constructed of stone rubble with brick dressings, and have rag slate roofs with gable ends and stone rubble end stacks. Each house has a plan of two rooms and a central entrance, with heating provided by end stacks. They are two storeys high, with a symmetrical two-window facade to the front. The ground floor features complete four-pane sash windows with brick segmental arches. Central entrances have 20th-century doors. The interiors have not been inspected. The terrace represents a group of particularly unaltered mid-19th century houses within a picturesque village setting.
