Description
The headstone of Philippa Male and two tombchests of the Male family are located 2 meters south of the south aisle of the Church of St Tetha. The headstone dates from 1765 and commemorates Philippa, the wife of Christopher Male. It is made of slate and features a nowy-shaped head. The two tombchests belong to John Male, who died in 1807, and another Male from Pengelly, who died in 1806. These tombchests are constructed from stone rubble and have slate rectangular lids.
