Description

Beach Cottage is a house dating to around the late 18th century. It is constructed of stone rubble, with a rendered ground floor. The roof is slate, with gable ends and cement washing. The house likely has a 1-room plan, with an entrance leading to a stair hall on the left. It is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical facade with a single window. On the ground floor is a 20th-century stable-type door to the left, and a large window, likely from the 19th century, with 6 panes to the right. The first floor has a central sash window from the early 19th century, without horns, and 12 panes, set within a raking roof half-dormer. The interior was not inspected.
