Farmhouse, now 2 cottages. Circa C17. Painted and rendered rubblestone and cob scantle slate roof with gable end on left and hipped end on right-hand side. Brick stack in gabled end. Large rubblestone rear lateral stack with moulded granite double cap. Single depth plan, originally probably 3 room and cross passage. 2 storeys, asymmetrical 4 window front. Ground floor with two C20 windows to left of gabled rubblestone porch with slate roof and plank door with timber boarding in gable. C19 3-light casement to right with glazing bars. Timber lintels renewed on ground floor. To right, in adjoining cottage, 2-light casement with glazing bars and rubblestone porch with corrugated lean-to roof. First floor with C20 window without glazing bars on left and C19 3-light and 2-light casement with glazing bars. In adjoining cottage, 2-light casement with glazing bars. Interior of right-hand cottage in state of decay. C19 stair and simple timber C19 fireplace to rear lateral stack. Interior of left-hand cottage not inspected.
