This description covers a pair of gatepiers and a garden wall located to the southwest of Newton Ferrers House, dating from the late 17th century. The gatepiers are tall and made of ashlar stone, square in shape, featuring a moulded entablature with a plain frieze and a moulded cornice. Each gatepier has a curved neck topped with ball finials. The gatepiers are set within a stone rubble wall that extends south from the southwest corner of the now-demolished range of Newton Ferrers.
