Farmhouse, now empty. Circa late C17, possibly extended on north in circa C18. Stone rubble with steeply pitched scantle slate roof, patched with metal sheet and asbestos slate on east slope and asbestos slate on west slope and to steeply pitched roof of rear west wing. Gable ends. Projecting stone rubble stack on south gable end and reduced projecting lateral stack on north side of west wing. C20 brick stack on south west corner of rear wing. 'T' shaped plan. 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window east front. Ground floor with blocked opening on left and lean-to rendered porch with corrugated iron roof in centre. Straight joint to right. First floor with blocked opening in centre and to right. Gable end of rear wing partly remodelled with brick dressings to openings. Roof slope continued down to south to form outshut probably for dairy. Interior not inspected.
