3/21 Tregassa Farmhouse - II

Farmhouse. Datestone 1763 over front door. Slatestone rubble walls. Hipped asbestos slate roof sweeping slightly lower to rear with brick chimneys over side walls. Double depth plan with central rear wing possibly surviving from earlier house and lean-tos in angles. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window south front. Central doorway with pair of C20 top glazed doors and simple wooden doorcase with cornice. 16-pane sashes in original openings with shallow brick arches. Ground floor windows are taller. Further old small paned sashes to side and rear and old 12-pane 2-light casement to ground floor east of wing. Interior not inspected.
