Probable fisherman's store. C18. Painted rubble with timber lintels and roughcast render to south-east side; steep slurried rag slate hipped roof with skylight at front. Rectangular plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. C20 windows with glazing bars. Central loading doorway with hood, approached by C20 flight of wooden stairs from right, over ground-floor doorway; C20 doors. INTERIOR not inspected.
