GV II

House. Early to mid-C19 with later additions and alterations. Roughly coursed slate stone with alternating granite angle quoins and dressings; slate roofs. In 2 sections, left slightly projecting. 2 storeys. 3-window front to left section; 16-paned horned glazing bar sashes except blind window to centre onfirst floor, first-floor openings segmental headed with wedged voussoirs, continuous granite lintel to ground floor. Central hip-roofed glazed porch with stained-glass margin lights, including a half-glazed door. Integral end stack with red brick top to left and similar stack to right at junction with right section. This has two 16-paned horned glazing bar sashes with wide continuous granite lintel to ground floor and segmental-headed 16-paned horned glazing bar sash airectly below eaves to right. Integral end stack with red brick top. Lean-to attached to right gable end has rounded corner to front. Early C20 conservatory to rear. Left section is probably earlier as straight joint is visible to rear.
