Description

STOKE CLIMSLAND SX 37 SE 8/186 Glebe Cottage - GV II

Cottage. Early C19 with minor later additions and alterations. Roughly coursed slate-stone with granite quoins; slate roof. 2 storeys. 16-paned glazing bar sashes with red brick heads and granite keystones on each floor to either side of central 6-panel door. Integral end stacks, left with red brick shaft and toothed capping, right rendered. Single-storey lean-to attached to right gable end. Large 12-paned glazing bar sash to centre rear lights staircase.
