Description
The lodge, located approximately 400 metres east and south of Killagorden, dates from the early 19th century and serves as the entrance to a country house. It is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and features a T-shaped, single-storey plan in the Gothic style. The symmetrical south front has three bays, with a later Gothic-style porch positioned at an angle to the left. The central wing, which has a gable end, includes a three-light pointed arched window with leaded glazing set in splayed reveals. There is a coved cornice beneath the verge. The flanking bays each contain square-headed window openings, with two pointed leaded lights. The roof is hipped on both sides, while the central rear external stack rises over the gable and is adorned with paired octagonal chimneys topped with octagonal pots.
