Description

Number 18 Arwenack Street is a mid-19th century shop premises in Falmouth. It is constructed of stucco over brick, with visible brick returns, and has an asbestos slate roof. The building follows a double-depth plan and is three storeys high, with a two-window front. The original windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. The ground floor features a large 20th-century double shop front, and a house doorway is located on the left-hand side. The interior has not been inspected.
