The Baptistry Chapel of St Madern's Well is a roofless chapel located in Madron, likely dating back to the medieval period. It is constructed from granite moorstone rubble and has a rectangular plan. The chapel features a doorway in the north wall, an altar slab at the east end, and a baptistry well that is supplied by a leat through the south wall, situated in the southwest corner.
