Description
The building is a piggery and swill kitchen located approximately 15 meters east of Trebehor Old Farmhouse, dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings and features a grouted scantle slate roof, topped by a brick chimney on the right-hand gable end. The structure has a rectangular plan, consisting of a pair of pigsties on the left and a swill kitchen on the right. The exterior is single storey, with the west-north-west front displaying a pair of doorways on the left, flanked by ventilators, and an additional doorway on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
