Description

Church View is a late 18th-century house, originally constructed as two separate dwellings. The exterior is roughcast with limestone dressings, incorporating a tiled verandah, a pantile roof, and a brick end stack. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window facade. A cornice coping runs along the parapet. A full-width verandah, supported by slender stanchions, extends across the front and is accessed by 20th-century glazed doors at each end. Below the verandah are French windows. The windows are flush, leaded casements, with smaller windows on the ground floor, positioned towards the middle of the facade. The interior has not been inspected.
