Description

Cobourg House is a house dating from around 1820. It is constructed of stucco with limestone ashlar dressings and features a brick stack, although the roof is not visible. The building has two storeys and a basement, with a symmetrical front that includes pilasters, a cornice, and a parapet. The entrance has a keyed semicircular-arched doorway with "COBOURG HOUSE" inscribed above it, along with a batswing fanlight and 8/8-pane sash windows, with the area above the door blocked. The interior has not been inspected.
