Description

This early 19th-century house is located on Cobourg Road in the Montpelier district of Bristol. The exterior is roughcast with limestone dressings, and the roof is covered with pantiles in the valley. The house follows a double-depth plan and has a basement, two storeys, and a three-window facade. A semicircular-arched doorway is located on the left-hand return, and above it is a 6/6-pane stair window. The rear elevation has a first-floor plat band, and features 6/6-pane sash windows to both the front and back. The interior has not been inspected. This building possesses group value.
