Description
Numbers 3 and 4 are a pair of attached houses built around the 1870s, located on the south side of Sunnyside in Stoke Bishop, Bristol. They are constructed from pennant rubble with roughcast, featuring brick ridge stacks and a tiled roof, and have a double-depth plan in a Domestic Revival style. Each house has two storeys and a two-window range. Number 3 includes a right-hand roughcast lower block that is set back, with a porch at the angle that has a sloping roof. The entrance to Number 4 is on the left-hand side. The houses have symmetrical fenestration, with 2- and 3-light windows that include mullions and casements, along with a wide shallow dormer. The interior has not been inspected. A detached service block is located in front of the houses.
