Description

1 and 2 Sunnyside are a pair of attached houses built around the 1870s. They feature a ground floor made of pennant rubble, with the first floor being tile-hung. The houses have brick ridge stacks and a tiled roof, and they are designed in a Domestic Revival style. Each house has two storeys and a two-window range. Number 2 includes a right-hand porch, a full-height bay in the middle with mullion and transom windows, and a ground-floor bay to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
