15, Sion Hill

15 Sion Hill is an attached house built around 1780, featuring a late Georgian style. The exterior is rendered with limestone dressings, and the party wall stacks are visible, although the roof is not. The house has four storeys and a two-window range. It is adorned with pilaster strips leading to a cornice and parapet. The doorway on the left side has mid-19th century reeded consoles supporting a canopy, and there is a four-window range to the right. The front elevation includes horned sash windows with keys on the first and second floors, as well as French windows on the first floor. A balcony on the first floor is supported by cast-iron brackets and features elaborate oval railings. The interior has not been inspected.
