Attached house, now a pair. Early C19. Render with limestone dressings, brick party wall and ridge stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys, attic and basement; 4-window range. A near-symmetrical front has a 2-window centre broken forward, outer pilaster strips, cornice and parapet. Outer doorways: a large C19 tripartite entrance to the right has pilasters to an entablature and dentil cornice, panelled mullions, margin and overlights, with a half-height bowed Tuscan portico and 6-panel door; left-hand plain late C19 doorway and 6-panel door. Central ground- and first-floor windows have sashes with margin panes, outer first-floor French windows with margin panes, and 6/6-pane second-floor sashes. 2 basement windows; small right-hand doorway. Mid C19 full-width first-floor tented timber balcony has cast-iron brackets and railings with lattice sections separated by panels with anthemia in arched tops, and cobweb spandrels. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached wrought-iron front basement area railings and gates with urn finials.
