Attached house. Early C19. Render with limestone dressings, party wall stack and slate mansard roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys, attic and basement; 2-window range. Built canted on a corner site, with a central angle pilaster strip to a cornice and parapet, and first-floor sill band. Left-hand doorway has C20 timber pilasters to an entablature, and 6-panel door. Right-hand ground-floor C20 casement, 6/6-pane sashes, horned on the second floor, and two 6/6-pane dormers. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached front area cast-iron spike-headed railings.
