Attached house. c1800. Stucco with limestone dressings, brick party wall stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 4 storeys and basement; 4-window range. Cornice and parapet; left-hand semicircular-arched doorway has imposts and a bracketed open pediment, batswing fanlight and 6-panel door. Full-height right-hand 3-light canted bay has 6/6/6-pane ground- and first-floor sashes, plate-glass to the second-floor of the bay, 6/6-pane sashes to the left and right-hand third floor, 3/6-panes to the bay. Rear oriel. Full-width first-floor timber balcony has a timber roof and cast-iron supports, brackets and railings with oval panels, and palmettes beneath. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached wrought-iron front basement area railings and gates with urn finials, and capped banded piers.
