Terrace of 3 houses, now one block of flats. c1790. Rendered limestone ashlar, coped party walls with truncated stacks and slate mansard roofs. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys, attic and basement; 2-window range. Pilaster strips at the ends to cornice band and parapet, with ground-floor plat band. Blocked doorways now windows, a single late C20 doorway in the rear. C20 6/6-pane sashes, 6/9-panes to the first floor with small steel balconies; late C20 mansard with two 3/6-pane lead-clad dormers each. Projecting raised basement areas, formerly with a raised pavement, now removed to reveal basement sashes. INTERIOR: completely remodelled late C20, with the loss of pedimented doorcases with fanlights and raised front pavements. Included for group value.
