Description

This drinking fountain, located on St Andrew's Walk in Clifton, dates from the late 19th century and is constructed from limestone ashlar. It features an ashlar panel with a semicircular-arched niche that is decorated with rope moulding, imposts, and a moulded archivolt. Above the niche, there is a key and shell design, as well as a cornice and a pedimented top. An impost band inscribed with the words "THE FEAR OF THE LORD IS A FOUNT OF LIFE PROV" runs above a small iron basin.
