Attached house. Early C19. Render over limestone dressings, pantile hipped roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys and basement; 3-window range. sill bands and coped parapet. Steps up to a right-hand doorway with overlight and 2-panel door, and a C20 trellis porch. Cambered heads with 5 stepped voussoirs to 6/6-pane sashes. Left-hand 1-window section set back, with a 6/6-pane sash and exposed frame over double doors to basement. INTERIOR not inspected.
