Attached house. Late C18. Roughcast with limestone dressings, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Regular fenestration with cornice and parapet. Right-hand doorway has an ashlar surround to a wide elliptical-arched doorway, over- and margin-lights and 6-panel doors. Exposed frames to 6/6-pane sashes, 3/6 panes to the second floor. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached wrought-iron front area railings. (Gomme A: Street Index of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest).
