Description
Number 44 is an attached house located on St Michael's Hill in Bristol, dating from the late 18th century. The building is roughcast with limestone dressings and has a double-depth plan in the late Georgian style. It stands three storeys high and features a three-window range with regular fenestration, a cornice, and a parapet. The right-hand doorway is framed with ashlar and has a wide elliptical arch, complete with over- and margin-lights and a six-panel door. The windows have exposed frames with 6/6-pane sashes on the first and ground floors and 3/6-pane sashes on the second floor. The property also includes attached wrought-iron front area railings. The interior has not been inspected.
