Description
Number 71 is an attached house located on St Michael's Hill in Bristol, dating from the late 18th century. The building features a rendered exterior with limestone dressings, gable stacks, and a pantile mansard roof. It has a double-depth plan and is designed in the late Georgian style, standing three storeys tall with an attic and a three-window range. As part of an attached pair, it includes pilasters leading to a cornice and a coped parapet. The central doorway is framed by attached Doric columns and a pediment, with a blocked fanlight above and a half-glazed door. The windows are 6/6-pane horned sashes, and there are three dormers. The interior has not been inspected. The property also features subsidiary elements, including attached spear-headed railings surrounding the garden area and front steps leading from the road.
