Description
Number 69 is an attached house located on St Michael's Hill in Bristol, dating from the late 18th century. The building features a rendered exterior with limestone dressings, gable stacks, and a double-pile pantile roof. It has a double-depth plan and is designed in the late Georgian style, standing three storeys high with an attic and a three-window range. This house is one half of an attached pair, characterized by pilasters leading to a cornice, a coped parapet, and a gable. The central doorway is flanked by attached Doric columns and topped with a pediment, featuring a plate-glass fanlight above a six-panel door, which also has a six-light fanlight above it. The windows are 8/8-pane sashes, with the area above the doorway being blind. The property includes subsidiary features such as attached spear-headed railings surrounding the garden area and front steps leading from the road. The interior has not been inspected.
