Description

Number 54 is a late 18th-century attached house situated on the south-west side of St Michael’s Hill, Bristol. The house is rendered with limestone dressings, features party wall stacks, and has a pantile hipped roof. The design is of the Late Georgian style, with a double-depth plan. It is three storeys high and has a single-window range to the front. The front features a parapet and a left-hand doorway with a framed surround and bracketed canopy. The windows are 6/6-pane sashes in exposed frames. The interior remains uninspected. Attached to the front are wrought-iron area railings, which are considered subsidiary features.
