Pair of attached houses. Late C18, ground floor refronted mid C19. Render with limestone dressings, gable stacks and pantile roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys and basement; 2-window range. Upper floors have rusticated pilaster strips to ends and centre, to a cyma-moulded cornice and parapet. C19 ground floor projects, paired semicircular-arched doorways to the middle with ashlar surrounds, overlights and 2-panel doors, and flanking bays with architraves round paired French windows, linked by a cornice. 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: projecting basement areas have attached wrought-iron railings with urn finials, and steps down with brick piers.
