Description
Nos. 84 and 86 on St Michael's Hill are a pair of attached houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of stucco with limestone dressings, featuring party wall stacks and hipped roofs covered with pantiles. Each house has three storeys and a single window range. They are designed as a handed pair, with outer doorways and a parapet. The doorways are adorned with fluted brackets supporting pediments, plate-glass fanlights, and two-panel doors. The lintels above the doors have keys for 2/2-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected, but the door surrounds are similar to those found on No. 82A, which is located to the right.
