Description

Number 114 is a late 18th-century house, now converted into flats, situated on the east side of St Michael’s Hill in Bristol. The building is stucco-faced with rendered gable stacks and has a pantile roof. It follows a single-depth plan and exhibits a Late Georgian style. The house is three storeys high with a three-window front, presenting a near-symmetrical appearance accentuated by rendered pilasters rising to a coped parapet. The front door is framed by pilasters, triglyphs, and a pediment, including a metal fanlight and a six-panel door. The windows are plain, six-over-six-pane horns sash windows. The interior of the building was not inspected. Attached to the front are wrought-iron area railings, which are also included in the listing.
