Description

Numbers 94 and 96 are a pair of attached houses built in the early 19th century. They are designed in a late Georgian style and feature stucco with limestone dressings, rendered party wall stacks, and a pantile hipped roof. The houses have a double-depth plan and rise three storeys with an attic, presenting a three-window range. A cornice and parapet adorn the top, while the left-hand side boasts a large ashlar doorcase with pilasters, paterae, and a pediment. The entrance has a semicircular arch with an attractive fanlight above a six-panel door. The windows have cambered heads and are fitted with 6/6-pane sashes. The property also includes attached wrought-iron front area railings. The interior has not been inspected.
