Description

Numbers 19 and 21 are a pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located in Malmesbury. They are constructed with roughcast over limestone rubble, with limestone dressings, brick ridge and gable stacks, and a stone slate roof. The houses have a double-depth plan, and are arranged over two storeys, with an attic and basement. They have a 2-window front. The symmetrical fronts feature bracketed eaves, steps leading up to the basement areas, and iron railings with brackets to the basement areas and steps. Recessed panelled doors are sheltered by iron bracketed canopies. The windows are 2/2-pane sashes in exposed frames, with cambered heads. Three casement dormers light the attic. The interior has not been inspected.
