Description
20 Park Street is a late 19th-century building of limestone ashlar construction with a brick party wall. It is a double-depth plan building of three storeys and an attic, with a three-window front. The ground floor features a 20th-century shop front. Above the shop front are pilaster strips rising to a frieze. An attic storey is topped with a corbel table and a parapet. The windows have architraves and sill blocks, with faceted, keyed segmental heads to the attic windows, and contain plate-glass sashes. The interior of the building has not been inspected. The building is linked by a corbel table to number 18 Park Street, but otherwise demonstrates a separate design.
