Description
No. 33 Stall Street is a three-storey building with a full attic, constructed from limestone ashlar. It features a double-depth plan on a narrow frontage and is two windows wide. The ground floor has a late 20th-century shop front, dating from around 1990, for the store Next. The first floor includes a full-width display window from around 1900, which has three panes where the center pane is narrower. The window heads are divided into three small panes, with a deep fascia above. A corbelled jetty supports a small balcony with wrought iron railings in front of the second-floor windows. The second floor has two six-over-six sash windows in plain reveals, complete with a lintel and cornice. The attic features three-over-three sash windows also in plain reveals. The building is topped with a cornice and parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
