Description

No. 13 Marlborough Hill is a house dated 1734, built in the mid Georgian style. It features a double-depth plan and is constructed of render with limestone dressings. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, topped with a coped parapet and fitted with sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. Access to the house is through a narrow alley from the street behind No. 11.
