Pair of houses. Mid - late C18th. Main elevation is to garden at rear but entrance elevation has 2 glazing bar sash windows to left of same design as adjoining Hill House. Garden elevation. Rubble; pantile mansard roof with coped raised verges; ashlar stacks. 2 storeys and attics in dormers. 4 bays plus 2 in L plan wing to right. Mixed fenestration: 1-3-1-light glazing bar sash to left; central 2 storey C19th bay with 1-3-1-light casements; 20-pane sash on first floor to right; and glazing bar sashes in wing to right. Modern door to left.
