Description

The building is a library that was formerly a school, dated to 1843 and associated with the Wesleyan movement. It is constructed from coursed rubble and features double roman tiles with raised coped verges. The structure has two storeys, an attic, and a basement, and is designed with five windows that have pointed plain architraves beneath flush bands. The windows are multi-pane casements adorned with gothick tracery. There is a central opening on the ground floor that has been fitted out similarly to a blocked door, while the plain entrance is now located on the right return. The building also has a tall plain attic and quoins.
