Description

This is a late 17th-century cottage located on the north-east side of St Michael’s Court in Monkton Combe. The cottage is constructed of rubble with freestone dressings, topped with a slate roof and a central stack of ashlar. It is a two-storey building with two bays. The windows are casement windows, featuring 2 and 3 lights within hollow-chamfered mullions and surrounds. A 20th-century door is positioned on the right side, set within a moulded surround and sheltered by a flat stone hood supported by brackets.
