Description
The Wheelwright's Arms is a house that has been converted into a public house. It dates from the mid to late 18th century and is constructed of ashlar stone with a mansard slate roof featuring coped raised verges, a parapet, and a moulded cornice. The building has two storeys and attics, with three bays. The ground floor has later 19th-century sash windows and a 20th-century lean-to with a door on the right side. The first floor features three glazing bar sash windows and there is a plain band above the ground floor. Additionally, there is a canted extension on the north gable end.
