Description
The monument to Margaretta Shute, who died in 1812, is a chest tomb located in the churchyard to the north of St. Michael's Church. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features inset and inscribed square slate panels. The tomb has a chamfered plinth and a moulded cap, with a pyramidal top that is surmounted by an urn.
